The Wholenessly emotional maturity Practice

Seven Days of Meeting Life Differently

Not the biggest event.
Not the most dramatic conversation.
Simply one moment that stayed with you.
Then move through the four questions.

What did I notice?

Describe what happened inside you before you explain it.
How did I interpret it?
What story did your mind immediately begin telling?
How did I respond?
Not perfectly.
Honestly.
What might life have been trying to teach me?
Write only one paragraph.
Do not analyse.
Do not optimise.
Simply become acquainted with yourself.
By the end of the week, something remarkable often begins happening.
The individual moments matter less than the patterns connecting them.
You may discover that criticism is rarely your greatest challenge.
Perhaps uncertainty is.
Perhaps silence.
Perhaps feeling unseen.
Perhaps trying to carry too much alone.
The pattern has always been there.
Now you can finally see it.
