The Vision and Inspiration
— What inspired you to create Wholenessly?
— As a psychotherapist, I witnessed how fragmented our approach to wellness had become. I believe that true healing requires addressing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Wholenessly emerged from this realization. I believe healing begins when we explore our needs and solutions.
Our mission is to provide compassionate guidance while focusing on personal strengths and values. We follow the ancient wisdom that recognizes the interconnectedness of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
Future Goals and Vision
— What are your goals for Wholenessly and how do you maintain personal wholeness while leading in your organizations?
— We focus on three goals: expansion into underserved communities, research-backed innovation in integrated protocols, and societal transformation in how we view health. We envision healthcare treating people, not just conditions.
Leadership brings its own wholeness challenges, and I'm continuously learning.
My daily rituals are sacred—meditation, movement, nature immersion, and creative expression serve as my anchors. I've developed awareness of subtle imbalances and cultivated a circle of trusted advisors who support my wellbeing journey.
Most importantly, I embrace "wholeness in progress" rather than perfection. Some days flow naturally; others need mindful attention. This personal integration deeply influences my leadership—keeping me grounded, empathetic, and devoted to nurturing genuine wellbeing.
Advice for Aspiring Entrepreneurs
— What advice would you offer to aspiring entrepreneurs in the wellness space?
— First, connect with your purpose. The wellness field is saturated, but authentic vision rooted in genuine care always finds its place. Your "why" will sustain you through challenges.
Second, embody your teachings. Build your business around practices that honor your wholeness.
Third, focus on integration over separation. The future lies in bridging modalities, wisdom traditions, and community wellbeing.
Finally, measure true impact. Success means transformed lives, not just profits.
For years, Wholenessly has spearheaded discussions surrounding health, shifting the focus from mere nutrition, sleep, and exercise to a richer tapestry of meaning, connection, fulfillment, and purpose. This platform advocates for an integrative approach to well-being that emphasizes community engagement as a cornerstone of longevity. Welcome to our online journal.
I’m excited to share my journey with you. Throughout my path, I’ve had the privilege of learning from exceptional teachers whose insights have shaped my understanding of Ayurveda, the ancient Indian health science.
This holistic approach encourages us to view the body as a harmonious blend of structural and energetic elements, embracing the profound connection between mind, body, and soul.
I bring a diverse educational background to my work, combining qualifications as a Transpersonal Psychotherapist (CTP), a Master’s degree in Semiotics and Pedagogy from the University of Tartu.
I've also studied Finance and Marketing at the Estonian Business School and completed specialized training in Ayurveda Therapy.
Alongside this, I have hands-on experience as a yoga teacher. This rich blend of disciplines allows me to support you holistically on your wellness journey.
